Home Works of America (HWA) is seeking NACHI inspectors in Louisiana, Georgia and the Carolinas to inspect homes of the elderly, disabled and poverty-stricken neighbors. New Home Sales Sink 25% from Last Year, Median Price Rises Modestly
Inman News reports that he rate of new single-family home sales dropped 25.4 percent in October compared to the same month last year, while the median price increased 1.9 percent and the average price increased 5.5 percent. Read more here.
