Court Rules in Favor of InterNACHI in PHIC case
In response to InterNACHI's third lawsuit filed against the Pennsylvania Home Inspectors' Coalition (PHIC) and its founder, Joe Kelly, the defendants filed a lengthy objection in an attempt to keep InterNACHI from learning the identities of all inspectors who participated in PHIC's attempts to harm InterNACHI and its members’ inspection businesses.
